About the project

Enlace Mental is not a podcast. It starts with one.

It is a media, knowledge and personal-development platform created by Rolando López. The podcast is the first format and the way to find an audience. Underneath it is something larger: a place where almost twenty years of work can become something you can consult.

El origen

Cinco movimientos

  1. Years of working one person at a time.Clinical work is slow by design: it adjusts to whoever is in front of you. Over the years, certain patterns start repeating across sessions that have nothing in common.
  2. A restlessness that had been growing for years.Around ten years turning a project like this over, without quite finding its shape.
  3. How do you get useful tools to more people? An hour helps one person. The question is not how to give more hours, but which part of that work can exist outside the consulting room without losing what makes it useful.
  4. Conversations that look for strategies.Interviewing people who have developed — professionally, emotionally, financially — and not stopping at what they achieved, but reconstructing how they got there.
  5. A library that grows with every episode.Every conversation leaves something usable: a framework, an exercise, a better question. That accumulates and becomes something you can consult.
  6. A platform that can evolve.Without Rolando giving up his practice: so that his work does not depend on him being available at the exact hour someone needs it.

The thesis

We do not stop at what someone achieved. We try to understand how they got there.

Someone tells you they got out of debt, saved and invested. That is true and it is useful, but it does not transfer. The questions that do transfer are different: which beliefs had to change first? Which fear did they face? Which habits moved? Which values ordered the decisions? What made it hold once it stopped being exciting?

That reconstruction is Rolando’s work in each episode, and it is what turns a conversation into material someone else can use.

  1. Conversation

An interview, or an episode with Rolando.

  2. Patterns

What repeats underneath what is being told.

  3. Analysis

    Rolando's reading of what happened.

  4. Strategy

The framework that can be repeated in another life.

  5. Application

An exercise for your own week.

  6. Resource

Something that stays in the library, ready to consult.

Where it begins

The first season is Salvadoran.

It is recorded in El Salvador, with Salvadoran guests: people who built something where building is hard, and who can say how. Starting close to home is not a limitation — it is what makes the conversations concrete.

Enlace Mental is not a single-country project. El Salvador is where it begins.

How it grows

One thing at a time, in this order

No dates: the order matters more than the calendar. Each layer rests on the one before it, and none of them exists ahead of time.

  1. Now

    Enlace Mental, episodes and audience

The first season: interviews and episodes where Rolando works through a subject, and the first people following them.

  2. Next

    Strategies, tools and library

Every episode leaves something usable: a framework, an exercise, a better question. That accumulates and becomes searchable.

  3. Later

    Courses, book and premium resources

The work Rolando has already built, organised and available without depending on his calendar.

  4. The vision

An intelligent library and an assistant

An archive you can consult and, eventually, hold a conversation with.

What it is

  • Educational content about personal, emotional and professional development.
  • Conversations that are analysed, not merely published.
  • Frameworks and exercises someone can use on their own.
  • An archive you can consult, which grows over time.

What it is not

  • Psychological care, diagnosis or treatment.
  • An emergency service or crisis support.
  • A replacement for seeing a professional.
  • Personalised advice about your particular situation.
