From the consulting room to the project
One-to-one work has an advantage that is hard to replace: it adjusts to the person in front of you. And it has an equally clear ceiling: an hour helps one person. After almost two decades, and with material accumulated that until now only existed inside those conversations, Rolando started asking what would happen if part of it could live outside the consulting room.
Enlace Mental is the answer to that question. It is not a replacement for his practice: it is the way for the tools that genuinely work to reach people who will never have a session with him.
What he works on
His work concentrates on three things that tend to appear together: how the way someone thinks is put together, what they tell themselves, and how they decide.
