Strategies
From conversation to strategy.
Each strategy takes an idea from an episode and turns it into something usable: where it came from, the idea underneath it, the steps it involves, the questions to ask, and what to do this week. It is the centre of the platform, and it grows with every episode.

The smallest possible task
A way of getting something you have long postponed moving again, without depending on feeling like it.
The beliefs about money you inherited
A review of the ideas about money you learned before you could argue with them, and which of them still decide on your behalf.
Fear as information
How to tell a fear that protects from a fear that merely repeats, and what to do with each.
Deciding by values, not by pros and cons
What to do when no option wins on the list and the decision is still sitting there.
Presentation examples. The frameworks shown here were written for the prototype. Rolando’s own methods — including the one on emotional reconstruction — are not published here.
How it gets built
From a conversation to something you can use
Not every conversation produces a strategy. Only the ones that reveal a pattern that repeats.
